“I have endless energy and I am not hungry like I used to be”

I have huge changes in my life from doing WildFit. I have been diagnosed with immune disorders and as they tested it much more to find out why I get the wonderful and weird infectious and constant pneumonia repeatedly during the winter months.

It all turns out that I have several autoimmune diseases. The most likely cause is food allergies that my body fight every day. That is why I get the weird/rare infections. All of this actually came about when I was doing WildFit. My dog nipped my knee and the terrible infection came and was about to destroy my knee joint.

The very funny thing was that every food Eric removed from my diet matched almost identically with what the Functional Doctor told me. As I followed along I did as the program requested and no pain, no INS, off pills for OA and RA and Fibromyalgia. I did not see it coming but I lost 28 lbs. I skipped clothing sizes.

I am wearing a size 10 for the first time since I was a young teenager. I am 59 now. I have endless energy and I am not hungry like I used to be. I am not sure if this helps. I am in WildFit reunion but I did not know MindValley was doing it too.
