"I have logged a release of 16kgs"

Obesity has been a challenge for me since childhood..having had no thyroid or other hormonal issues, being active in sports and martial arts, I couldn't figure out why I was so overweight! There hasn't been much that I haven't tried for weight loss..meds, diets, gymming..you name it..I've done it all but without any success!! And then I came across Eric's masterclass..there was one thing he said,"You never say a lion is on a diet..you always say a Lion's diet comprises of.." and that hit home! I signed up for Wildfit the very next day for the Batch of June 15, 2020 and there's been no looking back!! Last week we completed the 90 Days challenge and in these 90 days, I have logged a release of 16kgs which for someone like me is amazing and that too without any starvation or rigorous workout!! I know that I still have a long way to go but it no longer seems like an impossibility! My life, my approach towards food and myself, my sleep, my skin, my energy, everything has improved!! Now Wildfit is no longer a challenge..to me, it's a way of life and quite honestly the only way of life!!! Thanks a ton!!!♥️♥️
