WILDFIT

I recommend you put you health first and start Wildfit today!

Quick summary

At just 22, she chose prevention over cure and discovered how to optimize her health through Wildfit. The result: stronger skin, hair and nails, 5kg released, consistent energy, and an effortless new relationship with food that will last a lifetime.

Before doing Wildfit, I knew I wanted to optimise my health, I just didn’t know how. Going into this program, I was blown away by the profound shifts that took place in my body, psychology and understanding. My skin, hair and nails are stronger, I’ve released 5kg of weight and I have consistent energy levels. I have gained an effortless discipline over food, an acute awareness of the tricks of the food industry and a new found sense of calm. Navigating the waters of health can often feel very overwhelming but Wildfit makes the complex simple. To be part of the community has been a real blessing and motivator for me. If I’m honest, my choice to undergo a health program was met with a lot of confusion from family and friends. I’m 22 years old and a lot of people couldn’t understand why someone so young would undergo such an endeavour. But as Eric says, when it comes to health, prevention is more powerful than the cure. Why should I try to improve my health only if I’m already suffering? No, I choose to take responsibility for my health as early as I possibly can and Wildfit has shown me how to do just that. So I thank you Eric, thank you Ariel and thank you Mindvalley team for giving me my health for the rest of my life. To anyone who is thinking about postponing giving attention to their health, I recommend you put you health first and start Wildfit today!
