"I stopped taking my allergy medication and my runny nose, watery eyes diminished in half"

Before Eric's program, I had a lot of issues with staying on the course and staying diligent with anything not only food. I'd made a choice and when the temptation came or circumstances had changed a bit I would drop my plan that was supposed to improve my life and I would choose the easier way. I felt out of control of my life, weak, tired, with little energy. I needed discipline but I needed also some help. Some wise guides or coach and people around me. I found it all in Eric's Wildfit. This was a life-changing journey. I gained not only healthy lifestyle habits that I will carry with me till the 'wooden plank' (like we say in Poland) but I won myself- now I can everything because I have control over my life. I have myself on my side. Before buying the program when I saw the opinions like 'these were the best spend money in my life' I thought it's just a peptalk and I would never say it myself...come o ! But here I am:)I'm gonna say IT too: this is the best investment in myself which I have ever done. I am a different person now thanks to Eric and his team. Brilliant, warm-hearted, devoted people with a passion to make us better people. To make this world a better place. I am grateful and honored that I had a chance to meet them and follow this incredible program. Although I have never met Eric in person but he spoke to me (and others:))) in the video's in such a passionate and caring way that I treat him like a very good friend. Thank You Eric for making such a big difference in this world and in every single person's life. And now some details: I've lost weight- 4 kg (not so much because I didn't have to), I have never eaten so healthy, I have never felt so strong and vibrant in my body. I stopped taking my allergy medication and my symptoms (runny nose, watery eyes) have diminished in half. my skin looks better and it's more hydrated. My teeth are whiter.
