"I stuck to it and released 22 lbs and 19inches"

The reason why I joined this 90 Challenge was because I wanted to release the 20 lbs that I had gained over the past year. I wanted to have other people right along side of me completing the challenge together so that there would be support and encouragement and I needed the motivation. I have done a lot of yoyo dieting all of my life and it would be by myself.

The challenge was so enjoyable for me. I stuck to it and released 22 lbs and 19inches . The videos and live coaching was so beneficial.

I am very mindful of how I eat and what I eat from this program. The nutrition explained in this program was an eye opener. I thought I was somewhat healthy eater but I couldn't believe how wrong food choices mess around with your body.

I never drank to much water before this program and now its even my morning go to instead of caffeine. (40 years of drinking coffee) Yay, Wildfit said just give it up for a bit, you don't have to forever..

My changes have been so rewarding. I feel energic, restful sleep, happy, excited to eat better choices and SO PROUD OF MYSELF... NO MORE YOYO DIETING.
