In the last 6 weeks I have had next to no pain in my lower back

Many thanks to the Wildfit program! I continue the journey, but am delighted with the wins thus far. I joined the program to lose weight that has plagued me for several decades. While I have succeeded in releasing 10 pounds, with more to go, other wins during this program have been notable: 1) Since 2003 I have suffered daily, nightly, with GERD/heartburn. I lived off prescribed meds and Tums. I now have cut my prescribed meds in half and rarely take Tums! That is a huge win. I expect to see continued improvement in this area as I Live Wildfit! 2) The second significant win is that since about 2007 I have had increasing pain in my lower back. Tests have indicated a deteriorating L5 disk along with osteoporosis in that area. However, in spite of that, in the last 6 weeks I have had next to no pain in my lower back. I am now able to do long walks in the woods (5 miles) without "hobbling" home. I can get out of a car without a struggle to avoid pain! I am sure the change in eating has significantly lowered the inflammation that was causing much of the pain. I will continue to live Wildfit and plan to release the remaining weight that is needed and then continue the cycling of seasons. After many "diet plan" attempts, this is the first that has shown such signs of success and long-term "liveability." Many thanks to Wildfit! It has made a huge difference in my life!
