"It’s the first time in my adult life that I’ve been able to follow something for a long time without “cheating”
Facing high cholesterol and years of yo-yo dieting, Maj from Norway discovered WILDFIT and finally found a sustainable approach to health. She lost 8 kg and 53 cm while gaining energy, better skin, and the ability to stick with a program without feeling deprived for the first time in her adult life.
Before Christmas, I had a very stressful life. I ate irregularly, mostly chocolate and Pepsi Max, leftovers from our restaurant, and poorly planned meals. I went to the doctor and was told that my cholesterol was too high and that I should only eat grass if I didn’t want to start taking cholesterol-lowering pills.
I realized I had to do something and Wild fit came up as an opportunity through Mindvalley. I immediately realized that this was something for me. I have weighed and measured my life my for too many years and eventually it became more and more difficult to live on a diet to maintain my weight. I just walked around fooling myself every day. By signing up for WILDFIT, I decided to follow it to the letter, use the program to change my diet and STAY healthy, energetic and light in my body. The process has been fun, educational, easy, something I have looked forward to every morning for videos, new knowledge and insight. I have had a little lack of energy at times, but have taken it as part of the challenge. The biggest change has been the skin, weight and energy I feel. I have lost 8 kg, lost 53 cm. I’m going down 1-2 kg more and then I’m super happy. Thank you so much for finding you, for insight and motivation as well as smart and motivating follow-up. It’s the first time in my adult life that I’ve been able to follow something for a long time without “cheating”. Grateful greetings from Maj in Norway
