"My skin is softer. My hair is silkier. I no longer have joint pain! I am off my depression medication!"
Angel transformed her health through WildFit, losing 18 pounds and 15 inches while eliminating joint pain, migraines, and depression medication. She discovered food freedom by understanding the emotional and cultural roots of her eating habits, leading to better sleep, energy, and an overall quality of life turnaround.
Before starting the WildFit program I was gaining weight...again! I wasn’t sleeping well. I had acne. Experienced migraines. Had unruly hair. Suffered from joint pain from years of a high elite level of athletics. I was severely depressed and medicated for it. Basically miserably unhappy. During the first 2 weeks of WildFit I knew this was going to be a permanent lifestyle. For the first time a program not only focused on why you want to be healthy but why you are choosing the specific foods you eat! Breaking it down to rules learned & set by family traditions, or emotions thanks to the manipulation of the food industry! The small focused incremental changes were so subtle yet impactful! Then bigger changes, which were so much easier than any other “diet” I’ve done. Providing nutrient-dense foods my body was longing for! Eased the path to removing those toxic to me. Now that I’m finishing my 90 day challenge, yes I’m 18 lbs and 15” smaller, but I’m sleeping! My skin is softer. My hair is silkier. I no longer have joint pain! I have all day energy. I am off my depression medication as I’m happy again! My peers even say I’m more focused and have improved my conflict resolution techniques. Quality of life has done a 180!!! Thank you Mindvalley for your platform and thank you Eric and the WildFit coaches/teams for your support and providing this wonderful program! I’m loving awareness, conscious eating and FOOD FREEDOM! I’m part of your mission now. We will change the food industry, one conscious eater, at a time! Thank you! Angel Scheider, Antioch IL USA
