Thanks to this program, I have released 18.2 kg
Facing morbid obesity and serious health complications, this WildFit participant was preparing for bariatric surgery. Instead, the program helped them release 18.2 kg, improve their blood pressure and sleep, and completely transform their relationship with nutrition—abandoning surgery plans entirely.
Before this program, I used to weigh 153.1Kg and was diagnosed as morbidly obese. I suffer from high blood pressure and sleep apnea. My doctor had advised me to consider bariatric surgery, and I was seriously thinking about having it done in August 2020, meanwhile setting aside some savings every month towards financing the procedure. So I came to WildFit with a clear goal of releasing weight and getting healthier. Thanks to this program, I have released 18.2Kg as yet. I am still on blood pressure medication and using a CPAP pump, but I have noticed an improvement in my blood pressure and my sleeping patterns, and I am going to talk about my doctor about the possibility of decreasing my medication dosage on my next visit. Now my outlook on nutrition and weight release is completely changed. I know I still have a lot of weight to release, but I also know it is possible and I am convinced I now have the proper mindset and knowledge to make it happen. The journey out of obesity is still long and arduous, so I will be Living WildFit for the rest of my life. I have completely abandoned the idea of bariatric surgery, and even if I originally thought that WildFit was pricey, I now realise that it was money well spent and that applying what I learnt during the challenge will save me even more on caring for my health in the future. I am very grateful to Eric and his team for their coaching, and would strongly recommend anyone to give WildFit a try if, like me, they are seeking to release weight and get healthier.
