I was working as a clinical psychotherapist wanting to expand my vision of what I offer to clients. I was terrified of stepping outside of my clinical role and into something uniquely my own. A part of me wanted to stay small and in my comfort zone.
I became inspired by the others in the group and started posting meditations on my YouTube channel again, which I had paused out of fear of being seen. I learned from others in my cohort who we were also dealing with various types of fears around being seen and moving through the resistance of stepping out into something new.
I am inspired with new ideas for content and courses to offer clients and feel a renewed sense of freedom and possibility in the directions I can move toward. We never publish a storyteller’s address; it’s deleted 30 days after submission. How we collect and check stories
