The exact text, line breaks and all

I got depression two years ago which showed me my limits. This was quite frustrating for me since I am still in my middle 40ies.

Jim Kwik and Superbrain showed me that there is still hope and potential to grow. by doing the exercises I became more and more motivated. There are no limits. You just need to be patient and consistently work on your memory like you train any muscle.
