Affiliate linksIf you have signed up for or bought something from Mindvalley via an affiliate link, the person or organization in charge of the affiliate link will have the information that you submitted. This may include your email address, name, address, or whatever else that was asked.
Applying for a jobWhen you apply for a job opening through the Site, we collect information such as full name, email address, phone number, location, CV, and LinkedIn profile.

Lifebook IntraSpect Assessment (https://life.mindvalley.com)Some personal information may be collected through the use of Lifebook IntraSpect Assessment. We gather data via this assessment in order for our users to raise awareness about themselves. However, we do use this data for marketing purposes as a recommendation tool.The data collected during the assessment may be used for profiling for direct marketing purposes.

Who has access to your data within our organization

Within our Organization, access to your data is limited to those persons who require access in order to provide you with the products and Services, which you purchase from us, to contact you, and to respond to your inquiries, including requests for refund. Those staff members may be on teams such as: marketing, events, development, executive, customer support. Employees only have access to data that is relevant to their team, on a “need to know” basis.

Processors

We may use service providers for operating and improving the Site, to assist with certain functions, such as payment processing, email transmission, conducting surveys or contests, data hosting, managing our ads, third-party solutions for marketing and analytics, and some aspects of our technical and customer support. Among other uses, this allows us to contact you if you begin to fill out our check-out form but abandon it before completion with an email reminding you to complete your order. “Do Not Track" Policy as required by California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA)
