Before this Quest I was just unaware of beautiful thoughts about myself like revisiting my self appreciation/self steem. To listen at the teacher's voice is like a Haven to be certain that I will return to a very lovely and reflecting moment. Thanks Denis❤️

Before the program I didn't have a day with the thoughts that this quest brought to my heart, so I was thinking and living days of beautiful with a meaningful way of feeling my days in the exercises. After the quest I feel richer spiritually and peaceful.
