What I weigh today I haven't weighed in the past 2.5 years and never felt healthier too... There wasn't a day without stomach pain and extreme gastrointestinal problems but truly i haven't had that problem since the day i started this program.

The moment when the shift from talking to doing was done the results showed up and keep on improving...
