10 Questions for Self-Love

For the first time I could put a name to what I was feeling

Por primera vez pude ponerle nombre a lo que sentía

Quick summary

After years of personal development training, she still felt pain and fear without understanding why. Mindvalley finally gave her the clarity to name her emotions and patterns, providing the tools to work through them and continue her journey of self-discovery.

Translated from Spanish by AI. claudia wrote this story in Spanish.

BEFORE:

I had taken courses in coaching, NLP, family constellations, Enneagram and other personal development tools. However, even though I was trying to understand myself, I often felt pain, fears and blocks without being able to identify exactly what was happening to me. It was like knowing something wasn't right, but not finding a name for it.

AFTER:

Mindvalley helped me, for the first time, to put a name to what I was feeling. Through very clear examples and explanations I was able to recognise my emotions, my fears, my wounds and my patterns. And when I was able to identify my problem, I could also start to understand how to work on it and resolve it.

I'm still in the process and I haven't achieved all the results I want —like becoming Marketing Director at InCruises—, but today I have something I didn't have before: clarity about what's happening to me and tools to keep working on myself.
