Built custom AI tools that finally work for my ADHD brain
Running two companies with a fast-paced mind, she struggled with starting tasks despite knowing exactly what to do. Through AI Mastery 2026, she built a personalized ecosystem of applications that finally works with her brain, not against it.
Before this programme I was convinced that my problem was discipline. I run two companies, one advising on EU Regulations and EU State aid law and the other on online compliance training and, lately also advising on AI (thanks to the AI Mastery classes!). I have never lacked ideas or ability. What I lacked was the thing everyone assumes is easy, which is starting or getting into motion when something is important but distant in time. I have a fast brain, or some call it ADHD, and a habit of saying yes to challenging, complex, novel thing. I had tried every productivity tool there is, and every one of them asked me to organize and follow a routine. I already know what I have to do and I can explain it perfectly to someone else. The gap I cannot cross on my own is the one between knowing and starting, especially when the deadline is remote, and nothing I found was ever built for that. I first joined AI Mastery in 2024, which was an amazing step into my development. However, the AI Mastery 2026 is the one which brought me to the place I am now, and allowing me to find the way to literally augment my capabilities without the pain inflicted by all traditional systems. Four months later I have an ecosystem I built for my needs and preferences, a system I finally use every single day. Two web applications are in production and more are coming. One holds my projects, my ideas, my progress and to do’s, and turns work into thirty-minute units, easy to manage, easy to follow, before boredom kicks in. The other is a ninety-second meditation ritual with breathing, movement and a mantra spoken in my own cloned voice, and it reaches out to me instead of waiting to be opened. It is based on my years long yoga and meditation practice. The two talk to each other. When my focus session ends, the ritual opens already knowing what I was working on, and it hands my energy state back when I return. I looked for that everywhere and never found it anywhere. I also built a three-dimensional landscape of my projects where each one is an island and the buildings rise as I complete work. Everything in it is green and gold, which is entirely deliberate, because a brain like mine abandons an application the day it starts keeping score. Beyond that I built a private connector to read my business email, a CRM that reads business cards with OCR and verifies them with agents, and the entire accounting of both companies, rebuilt from scratch. I am not a developer, but I enjoy creating systems. What changed with this AI Mastery was learning to stop chatting with AI and start onboarding it, leveraging it, giving each project a written constitution, writing a proper brief before anything gets built, and orchestrating several agents at once instead of poking a chatbot one question at a time. I started this course at the bottom of the ladder, as I did not even know what an API was or what a webhook was. I am finishing it as someone who ships applications and is helping others turn their operations with AI, and I recently helped a company completely revamp their entire internal system. I am also now advocating for more women using AI and helping with AI adoption. The thing I am proudest of goes beyond AI and technology, even if AI allowed me to discover it. For my whole life, I was made to believe that I was undisciplined and not capable of working ‘systematically’, despite being capable, and it turns out that I was simply using tools designed for other people by other people. Now I am thrilled, as I can design my own tools, the way they best suit me, and tools that I will share with other people who face the same situation of having fast brains that react to novelty, curiosity, work fast and move fast. The use of AI, thanks to the AI Mastery 2026 has changed my relationship with myself.
