AI has opened my eyes to new ways of teaching and coaching
Elizabeth moved from fear and feeling stuck to a place of power and limitless creativity. AI transformed her approach to teaching and coaching, helping her integrate nutrition, data, and player statistics into innovative experiences for young athletes.
From fear, judgment, and feeling stuck… to a place of knowledge, power, and recognition.
I’ve learned that I am limitless — in how I think, how I create, and how I connect. What once felt undoable has now become a space of execution, action, and clarity.
AI has opened my eyes to new ways of teaching and coaching — to recreate, enhance, and bring my content to life in ways I never imagined. Where I once saw only mainstream coaching, I now see integration — nutrition, data, player statistics — all woven together into one smart coaching experience designed for the next generation of young players.
Grateful that Mindvalley met me right where I was — in uncertainty — and helped me grow into this season of innovation, courage, and limitless creativity.
