Hello everyone, I am Erhan, I am 45 years old, before I started this program, I had a very shallow and lifeless life and I thought of it as my unchangeable fate, this program taught me to live alive and save my life, I am really grateful, especially our teacher Michael, my group friends and all I would like to thank the mindvalley family, I am truly grateful to you, we have become a family, I love you, may your path be light, may your life be filled with beauty.
