"Finding inner peace and freedom to be myself again"

My Story So Far…

My personal growth journey began during one of the most traumatic times of my life, when I was diagnosed with a skin condition that covered my face for years. That experience changed me and started a much deeper journey of healing, self-discovery and learning to trust myself.

Eventually, that journey led me to Mindvalley. Over the years I have grown, created, healed and achieved things I had dreamed about for a long time. But at the beginning of this year, I still felt completely stuck.

Then Manifesting Mastery began. After the first lesson, Vishen asked us to get a journal. I chose one with a bumblebee on the front, and the words that came to me were simply: **Be myself.** Looking back, it feels as though my subconscious already knew exactly where this journey needed to take me.

Manifesting Mastery has helped me unblock in a way I could actually feel. During Paul McKenna’s activations, I remember feeling as though I was caught in a cobweb — and then, slowly, I could let go, reconnect with myself and understand parts of me I had suppressed for years.

Growing up gay with a mother of strong religious faith created a conflict in me that I carried for many years. Through Regan Hillyer’s teachings on generational trauma, I began to understand something I had always felt deep down: that some of the fears, beliefs and patterns I carried were not entirely mine. I could begin to see what my parents had carried themselves, how some of those patterns had been passed on to me, and look at the whole story with more compassion and clarity. That understanding helped me let go of some of the hurt I had held onto for years, brought me more inner peace, and even helped me build a better relationship with my mother.

Most importantly, this journey brought me back to a feeling I remember from childhood. I used to climb and sit for hours on a huge oak tree overlooking the fields near my home. I felt free to imagine, create and simply be myself. I feel that feeling of freedom again. And when I think about what I have manifested through this course, the greatest thing isn’t something material. It is **inner peace**.

I ‘m now the version of myself I have been growing towards. I have clarity, space and freedom, and I am ready to go after the bigger dreams I no longer fear — I’m so ready to go even deeper.

I am a photographer and also a music artist, and before Manifesting Mastery I released a song called **Unrhywbeth yn Bosib — Thats Anything Is Possible** in Welsh (I’m first language Welsh). Looking back now, there is something quite magical about that.

I wrote and released this song before I had taken this journey, yet they almost feel like a message from the version of me I was becoming — reminding me to trust, keep going and believe that more is possible. I’m ready to live those words. Not from a place of chasing something outside of myself, but from a place of feeling peace, creativity and knowing.

It feels less like I have reached the end of a journey, and more like I have arrived at the beginning of the next one. I’m so excited about it and I’m loving uncovering new layers every day. ;o) I feel so alive again.
