I began this course with childhood trauma, limiting beliefs, and unconscious fears. Throughout the program I have been able to release my trauma and recognize the limitations that I inherited or was programmed with, and I have been able to break free from the fear of being heard. Throughout my 48 years of life I have always been a people pleaser. I've shrunk myself to keep others comfortable, even if it cost me my own comfort. Now I walk in confidence with no fear and speak without fear of judgement or criticism.

This course has helped me understand that in the silence and shrinking to make others comfortable, I wasn't choosing myself. Thank You to Vishen, Paul, Regan, Sonia, David, Danny, Rola, and Jillian for helping me step into my true authenticity.
