"From emergency accommodation to securing lease-to-own property"

Before this program I was going through the process of a Section 21 eviction. I had a court case which could have revoked the eviction, because the landlord had failed to meet certain criteria, but as 1 of those things was a nasty Mould issue, we decided to leave.

During the programme I discovered that the UK Renters Rights Act now prevents me from becoming a private tenant! And was forced to find emergency accommodation myself as the Local Authorities in the area don't follow the Homelessness Reduction Act.

Since graduation, I have secured a property on a Lease with Option to purchase and have several other properties coming in line, which will be able to be used as emergency housing in the future.

the properties I am sourcing, for myself and others, will become part of a much bigger support network to the wider community & potentially across the UK... maybe even globally in the future.

This is still only the first step.
