I had spent years surviving one upheaval after another. I left behind a home and community I loved, moved to Richmond for my former husband’s career, and became the primary parent to two very young children while he worked away from home. What we expected to be a temporary move became a devastating legal and financial battle over the construction of our home. Years of litigation, major losses, separation, betrayal, divorce, repeated moves, business challenges, bankruptcy, and professional uncertainty left me feeling exhausted and powerless.

I had always been a deeply committed physical therapist and healer, but I was tired of working within a healthcare system that often put insurance companies ahead of patients and practitioners. I wanted to help people in a more complete way, but I no longer wanted to keep repeating the same patterns of struggle, sacrifice, and disappointment. Beneath all of it, I was searching for hope, direction, and a way to believe that my future could be different.

Began to understand that I am not defined by everything that has happened to me. Through meditation, subconscious work, manifestation practices, and the experience of bending and twisting a spoon, I started to question the limits I had accepted about myself and my life.

I learned to calm my nervous system, shift my inner state, and become more intentional about the reality I am creating. One experience that touched me deeply happened when I thought about reconnecting with a dear friend. I imagined having a conversation with her and wondered whether she would answer my call or text. The very next day, she unexpectedly appeared in the elevator of my building. We reconnected, and that moment felt like a beautiful reminder that life can respond in ways I never could have planned.

This work has also helped me recognize that my gifts belong together. My background in physical therapy, my passion for healing, my interest in hypnotherapy and subconscious transformation, and my ability to connect with people are not separate pieces. They are part of my unique path.

And now my life is...

Opening in ways I could not have imagined. I am rebuilding my business and creating a new professional direction that allows me to help people through physical healing, brain balance, subconscious change, meditation, and hypnotherapy. I am studying to become a certified hypnotherapist, leading practice sessions for a growing community, advocating for patients, and exploring how to turn my knowledge and inventions into meaningful offerings.

I am no longer willing to believe that my past determines my future. I still have work to do, and I do not pretend that everything is completely resolved. But I feel calmer, more hopeful, more connected to my children, and more confident in my ability to create something new.

I invested in this program because I wanted to change my life, but I now understand that the transformation is bigger than me. I want to use what I am learning to help other people heal, reclaim their power, and create lives that reflect who they truly are. I am moving from surviving to creating, from feeling trapped by my circumstances to becoming an active participant in my future. And I am only at the beginning.
