"Heritage architect finds global tribe to scale sustainable building system"

At the end of May 2026, I returned to South Africa after celebrating my son’s graduation from the Johns Hopkins Whiting School of Engineering, where he earned his master’s degree in space engineering.

Coming home, I had a realization: to fully scale my business concept, I needed an international business tribe. As a heritage architect, I have spent the last five years developing a process to monetize my decades of expertise into a scalable commodity.

My product name - A SYSTEMATIX FOR THE MANAGEMENT OF HERITAGE ASSETS

My core premise - Mother Earth is a finite resource, and the construction industry is choking our planet with construction waste. Circularity in building conservation is the inevitable future. It makes undeniable economic sense, especially with building restoration and refurbishment projected to overtake new builds by the 2050s. While I regularly teach these concepts through CPD lectures, I needed a global network to take my business concept to the next level.

That is when the Manifesting Mastery course came onto my radar. Enrolling was for me the divine plan unfolding. I have found my tribe, and it brings me immense joy and relief to be surrounded by like-minded innovators.
