Manifesting Mastery

"How reframing my mindset helped me win gold at 60"

Before Manifesting Mastery, I already believed deeply in personal growth, spirituality, meditation, and the power of our thoughts. But after decades as an engineer and business owner, I was also very accustomed to succeeding through hard work, analysis, planning, and control.

What this course helped me see was how often I was bringing that same energy into my health, my dreams, and my personal growth.

Thanks to this program, I have started changing the way I relate to life itself.

One of my biggest shifts has been learning to question the meaning I automatically assign to circumstances. Instead of immediately deciding something is “bad,” I now ask: What if this is somehow happening for me? What might this be preparing me for?

I had an incredible opportunity to practice that during my sprinting season.

Shortly before competing at the USATF Masters National Championships, I sprained my ankle and could not train normally for several days. Instead of panicking, I began telling myself, “I don't know how yet, but somehow this is going to make me stronger or prepare me better.”

I adjusted my training, visualized, worked with my mindset, and listened to my body rather than fighting it.

I finished sixth at Nationals.

Two weeks later, at the Ohio Senior Games qualifiers, I won gold in the 200 meters and silver in both the 100 and 50 meters, qualifying me for the Senior National Games next year. The 200 was especially meaningful because it was the race I had barely been able to train for. I spent time visualizing myself running it successfully and stopped rehearsing everything that could go wrong.

Another transformation has been happening in my health.

For years, I have dealt with stubborn gut issues. I have seen numerous doctors, worked with functional medicine practitioners, undergone testing, and tried many supplements and medications with limited improvement. During this summer and throughout this course, something has begun shifting. I am not completely healed, but I can tolerate more foods, my digestion has improved, and I feel as though I am gaining strength and endurance every week. I cannot attribute that to one single thing, but I do believe the changes in my stress, mindset, meditation practice, and relationship with my body have become part of the healing environment I am creating.

The Lofty Questions, reframing exercises, and meditations have probably created some of the deepest changes. My meditations have brought me insights and guidance that I don't believe my analytical mind would have reached on its own. Several times I received an insight during meditation and later heard remarkably similar concepts taught in the program. Those experiences helped me trust my intuition much more deeply.

I have also changed how I use my time. I am learning to focus on fewer, more meaningful priorities, to distinguish inspired action from forcing, and to stop believing that I have to exhaust myself to create an extraordinary life.

And now, my life feels different.

I trust myself more. I recover from disruptions more quickly. I am more willing to let go of exactly how something has to happen. And I am becoming much more aware of the thoughts, beliefs, and reactions that shape my experience.

There have also been countless smaller shifts—in my language, habits, boundaries, health, meditation, and awareness—that are difficult to quantify. I believe many of those micro-transformations will continue compounding over the next six months to a year.

At almost 60, I am pursuing athletic dreams again, creating an entirely new professional direction, deepening my spiritual practice, improving my health, and becoming much more intentional about the life I want to create.

Manifesting Mastery didn't simply teach me how to ask for a different future. It helped me begin becoming the person capable of living it.

I would highly recommend this program to anyone who is genuinely ready for transformation and willing to put in the time, do the exercises, question old beliefs, and listen more deeply to themselves.

Some manifestations may show up as a medal.

Others begin quietly inside you first.
