"I finally identified the block in my throat that was there for as long as I remember"

Before this Mindvalley Manifesting Mastery course I would feel a knot/block in my throat for probably as long as I remember. When I had energy therapy done such as reiki, intuitive practitioners would say to me your throat chakra needs work. Through this course I used different tools to minimize this knot without fully naming/knowing the cause(s). However, in today’s lesson 38 with Vishen something interesting happened. As he was talking and sharing some examples, I thought I hit on the block issue. But as I closed my eyes and started the meditation something else came up. When I was starting first grade, I lost my father and growing up I did not talk about this loss because it hurt. Then at the last year of high school I lost my mother and this helped to perfect the notion of “no talk because it hurts”. For decades I could not talk about this loss without tearing up and feeling sad. Through the meditation I identified the block as a small beautiful white rock, smooth but not shiny smooth, just “rocky” smooth. I asked the rock why it was there and the rock responded, because I wanted to protect you from the pain you felt when you talked about your loss. I asked it if it were ok to let it go now and shyly said yes (almost as if it was embarrassed that stayed there for so long). I then asked my guides whether they agree and both said yes. When I looked at my palm it was questionable if even a grain of sand was present. I asked the guides to continue clearing any what’s so ever tiny evidence of the rock/block that may have been left behind. Everything went so smoothly and with ease and flow that I thought I was making it up. However, I felt relieved and happy that I finally identified this block. Thank you Vishen and all the teachers, that together brought me to this point!!!!!
