Manifesting Mastery

"Manifested clarity and a business that reflects how I live"

Before this program I was…

Not actually sure what I wanted to manifest.

I had finished a long career and knew I wanted the next part of my life to feel different. I had lots of interests and a lifetime of seemingly random skills — nutrition, hypnotherapy, movement, breathing, writing, product development and an endless curiosity about why we do what we do — but I couldn’t see how they fitted together.

I had started with a name: Breathe and Nourish. I knew it would be about helping people feel better through simple, practical changes involving breathing, nutrition, movement and mindset, but it was still more of a possibility than a clearly defined business. I was waiting to feel certain before allowing myself to be properly seen.

Thanks to Manifesting Mastery I am…

So much clearer.

Four months in — with the final two weeks still to come because I’m currently travelling in India — I have developed laser focus around Breathe and Nourish: what it is, who it is for, why it matters and why I am the person to create it.

I’ve started saying yes to things that move me towards that future, even when I don’t know exactly where they will lead: creating guided audios, putting my voice out into the world, writing, experimenting with Instagram, developing Update & Unsubscribe, and exploring the small “good swaps” that make life work better.

I’ve also become much better at saying no. One of my favourite realisations is that I have quietly unsubscribed from moaning, petty negativity and anything that doesn’t deserve my energy. I make more decisions by asking whether something belongs in the future I am building.

I’ve learned to spend, too — not recklessly, but without the old instinct that spending money on myself, an experience or an opportunity needs defending.

And I am much less frightened of being seen. I trust my opinions more and can talk about what I am creating without minimising it or waiting for somebody else’s permission.

And now my life is…

Starting to look like the thing I was trying to manifest before I had the words for it.

There is more walking, movement, breathing, travel, curiosity and connection. There is more calm. Breathe and Nourish is becoming less something I am trying to build and more an expression of how I actually live.

That became unexpectedly clear on our trek in India. At least four people told me, in different ways, that they saw me as a role model for fitness, longevity and determination. Instead of brushing that off, I was able to receive it and recognise the person they were seeing.

I’ve also started a walking group with friends. We call it PISS: Pensioners in Sturdy Shoes. It is deliberately silly, but it captures something important to me: movement, connection, fresh air and not taking ourselves too seriously.

Perhaps the biggest manifestation has been recognising that the apparently random pieces of my life weren’t random at all. They are coming together.

I thought I needed to decide exactly what I wanted and then manifest it.

Instead, I seem to have manifested clarity — and from that, a life that feels increasingly like mine.
