I’ve been following Mindvalley for a few years now, and it has completely transformed my life — so much that one day I’ll write a book about it.

The most recent miracle came through the Manifesting Mastery program — and it was something I didn’t expect: self-healing.

I’ve had a long history of knee injuries, with two surgeries on my left knee (ACL and meniscus). Even after successful operations, I’d often develop a painful cyst that made walking difficult. As an active person, it was incredibly frustrating.

During the program, I decided to focus my healing practice on my knee. Just a week later, I attended a breathwork session and experienced a deep, full-body numbness followed by an intense emotional release.

Since that day, my knee has been pain-free — no cyst, no swelling, no limitations. It feels like a complete reset.
