Peter transformed from an Agile Coach to a confident Business Coach, discovering he didn't need to know every business detail—just how to apply powerful coaching tools. Now they're ready to help small and mid-sized companies improve their performance.
Before this program I have worked as an Agile Coach, training and coaching organizations in agile transformations. In this program I learnt the scope of a Business Coach, got a lot of practical tools to use and realized that I don't have to know all the ins and outs of businesses. I just have to be a good coach and learn to use the tools for different challenges. After the program I'm ready to take on new clients, small to mid sized companies that want to improve their performances.
