Before this program, I've just started to learn coaching in other Quests. I did pro-bono sessions. But when I heard of this program, I realized: that's what I wanted. I like the idea of blending coaching and consulting because of the faster results. And I wanted to learn how to do that correctly. I also liked the idea of peer coaching. They are so valuable. Because of them, I became more confident in my coaching skills. Reasons why I recommend this program are: A fantastic community. Practical information. My top 3 takeaways or insights during/after finishing this program are: 1) Stories are a fascinating tool to change beliefs. 2) It's vital to understand the company's core (Purpose, Values, and Strengths). 3) Structures are essential, but the more important is to serve clients.
