"I have been able to not only improve my work-life balance but began to formulate a more tangible transition plan to move into coaching full-time"
Feeling burnt out in technology consulting, Alan discovered the CBC program at the perfect moment. They've since improved their work-life balance and created a concrete plan to transition into full-time coaching, already sharing CBC principles with enthusiastic colleagues.
Before this CBC program, I had recently become a premium member of the Mindvalley community and was seeking to further my personal, professional, and spiritual development. I initially began with the Silva Ultramind program and really resonated with the format and material. At the same time, I was going through a lot of personal and professional changes before the program. I was in the process of moving and simultaneously starting a job at a new consulting firm as I was unhappy with my previous employer.
I had been wanting to move away from Salesforce and technology consulting for a while, as I have been starting to feel dispassionate and burnt out by my work. I have always desired to work more 1-on-1 with clients and help affect organizational change on a deeper level, evolving the way companies do business from a more holistic and spiritual approach. My passions really lie with personal spiritual development and environmentalism and I feel that coaching would allow me the flexibility to integrate these passions into my daily professional life.
It was very serendipitous when I received an email late at night about applying for the CBC program (just 2 days before applications closed). I immediately jumped on the opportunity despite reservations about my experience and qualifications.
Since joining the program, I have been able to not only improve my work-life balance but began to formulate a more tangible transition plan to move into coaching full-time. I have begun to incorporate what I have learned into my daily practices at work and have even slowly introduced some of the CBC principles to my fellow solution architects with an enthusiastic reception.
I can't say enough great things about the CBC program and am looking forward to building upon and continuing to share what I have learned with my colleagues and future clients.
