“I not only learned about coaching but also how to support organizations in tackling critical issues”
Mo joined the CBC program to improve people skills, not expecting to become a coach. The training transformed their approach, leading them to successfully guide companies on gender balance and diversity initiatives, and discover a renewed sense of purpose in helping others achieve meaningful change.
When I first joined the CBC program, I didn't envision becoming a coach right away. My initial intention was to dive into the techniques to better understand, listen to, and engage with people. However, the experience has been transformative.
During my training, I not only learned the fundamentals of coaching but also discovered how to support individuals and organizations in tackling critical issues. For instance, I helped a indutrial company implement gender balance initiatives. I also guided a multinational corporation in enhancing their diversity and inclusion practices, fostering a more inclusive workplace culture.
These experiences have been incredibly rewarding, and I'm deeply grateful for the knowledge and opportunities CBC has provided me. Now, as a certified coach, I'm ready to embark on this journey with a renewed sense of purpose. I'm eager to make a bigger contribution to the world, helping others achieve impactful transformations just as I have.
