As a consultant, Michael recognized the need for coaching skills in his work. The certification program gave him essential insights into what makes people tick—knowledge he believes should be fundamental in every professional's education.
During my work as a consultant, I often came across situations where I needed to coach my client(s) in various aspects. My opinion always was every consultant needs to understand the basics of coaching. So when I saw the MV certification class i jumped on it. It's a great class that should be basic in college for any professional program. The understanding what makes people klick should is as important as a language. Great class!
