Before I came across this program I had been a part-time coach for 3 years and a full-time coach for 1 year, thankfully forced to make the leap by the pandemic. I had certified with HPI and ICF and knew I had found my purpose after 35 years of searching and setting up a number of different companies in a range of industries across various countries that I had lived in at the time. I had accidentally found my way into coaching stumbling through the personal growth rabbit hole in a desperate attempt to address some severe mental health challenges, and I am glad I did! I felt that I was making progress in my career and creating impact with my clients but I was looking to make the transition from individual clients to corporate clients. More specifically, I wanted to work with companies that had a positive impact on the world so that inturn I could make a massive impact. However, I was struggling to find the direction, clarity, and confidence to make the change. I hadn't even thought about coaching or even considered this was something that I had the capability to do, although the idea had always appealed to me. Thanks to Certified Business Coach and the team I was able to find the community, knowledge, and confidence to make the changes needed. Now I have begun to confidently approach and coach CEOs and their companies and have even been asked to give a talk at a large multinational company. I can't thank you all enough for this amazing opportunity and I am excited, enthusiastic, and passionate about the future, what it may hold, and how I can add massive value to the world.
