Before the program I had completed a course in coaching and was taking on a few clients within my organization as part of my role as an OE consultant but I didn’t feel very confident in my skills. I also didn’t feel as comfortable in the business consulting space. This program provided a wonderful overview of the coaching/consulting process, covered all the key competencies, and gave me a massive library of resources to continue to review. Thanks to this program I have grown my coaching and consulting practice. I am coaching several executives across my system, and consulting in several key strategic growth engagements within my hospital. I’ve also been approached by external clients, I’m up for two different promotions within my organization, and am being courted by a top tier management consulting firm that serves several Fortune 100 companies to join their team.
