Before this program I was not sure what direction I wanted to take in my life. Thanks to this program I understand the importance of active listening and the effect that a coach can have on others by asking the right questions. I learned to be a coach and a consultant. As a coach now I understand human behavior, mindset, culture and traditions and how they affect a person. As a coach I have the power to guide, to support and empower others to reach their dreams. And as a consultant I can guide businesses to succeed.
