Dion had years of business experience and loved coaching their team, but wasn't sure if those skills could translate beyond their own company. The program gave them the confidence and frameworks to realize their expertise was valuable to a much wider audience.
Before coming to the program, I had run a business for many years and really enjoyed the process of coaching my team and my clients. I wasn't sure if this was something I could apply outside of my direct business and clients. I was also aware that I didn't have the tools or frameworks needed to really start coaching & consulting.
The program confirmed for me that my life and business experience was something that would be valuable outside of my immediate business and could translate to outside businesses. And I got those tools and frameworks.
