Before enrolling in the program I had a strong feeling that my career was stagnating and that my efforts and skills were not fully appreciated in the current work environment. I was very unhappy and started to think that I needed a career change, but did not know where to begin and how to do it. The program offered me clarity and structure and helped me to understand how I can leverage all my experiences, skills, and competencies to build something new that is aligned with my core values and with who I am.
