Before this program, I became certified as a Life coach and embarked on life coaching in the corporate world. I realised that I have a coaching leadership style. I still work in the corporate world and manage executive relationships with Clients working with them on strategic thinking and converting those ideas into tangible outcomes. This course has helped cement and extend my skills in that area of business consulting with coaching as an underlying skill to keep things authentic.
