"This program expands my understanding of how I should look at a business and how a business owner should think in a holistic way"
Eos transformed from a talent management coach into a holistic business advisor. The program equipped them with new tools to help clients grow their businesses in a more organized, comprehensive way beyond leadership development alone.
Before I joined this program, I was already competent in coaching and consulting, but more from a talent management and leadership development perspective. This program expands my understanding of how I should look at a business and how a business owner should think in a holistic way. Now, I can use more tools to help my clients and myself grow the business in a more organized way.
