I am just starting my journey into Silva Ultramind. My mentor for many years studied with Jose Silva in California and brought, with his permission, some of his principles to her tribe. The most striking exercise I had with her was in the late '70s when she had us project ourselves into the year 2000 and observe where we were and what we were doing. The exercise stayed with me because it was so striking. I was in a forest with trees very different from where I lived in the San Francisco Bay Area. Fast forward almost 25 years, and I am with my husband and a friend exploring the land surrounding our new home in the New Mexico mountains. It was the year 2000. I found myself standing on the exact spot I had seen so many years earlier. Alpha and Theta practices are powerful. Over time I have experienced other manifestations of that power. Over time I have misplaced the frequency tapes that I used to use, which can be so very helpful in getting into and maintaining altered states. Today, I used the frequency recording in the Silva Ultramind material and got such a spectacular jolt into a deep Alpha state. It felt like going home. I am so very excited to be taking this program.
