I began to discipline myself to complete the 'low road' exercise to reach alpha
Russell used his decision to join the program as a catalyst to break through months of procrastination. By disciplining himself with the 'low road' alpha exercise, he finally launched the daily Facebook tips series he'd been postponing throughout the pandemic.
Before the program I was exercising, meditating, and sporadically writing during the pandemic quarantine. But I had been procrastinating on a number of projects: learning more songs, practicing guitar, regularly contributing to me group about methods of transcending the human biological conditioning of survival that has controlled almost all our species behavior for millions of years of DNA evolution. Good for harsh jungles and savannas but not very pretty nowadays. I also had wanted to begin a series of tips via Facebook assisting people who had an intention of "not going back to normal" after the pandemic. But I hadn't done much. After the Masterclass offering, I begin to discipline myself to complete the 'low road' exercise to reach alpha--counting back from 100 for 10 days. And a few days later I registered. I used the plan to register and the actual registration as my excuse to begin these projects. On July 3rd I posted on Facebook letting my friends know I begin the daily tips. July 4. I began. July 5 Again. Now that's more than I've managed since months ago. Sooo, we shall see how events unfold.
