Before the quest, I always had this overwhelming feeling, stress and palpitations when it comes to goal setting and process of achieving them. The session on Desire when Vishen alluded to a customer who asked a waiter to prepare a menu and later called back the waiter to change the menu thus getting the chief to discard the first menu. It struck me that it's the same thing that happens with my desires so I now focus on one thing at a time. Again my committing to writing down the magic that I experience daily is so profound that this has helped to raise my gratitude level and marvel at small daily magical happenstances in my life that I often ignore.
