I am 70 years old, retired and I was divorced in February 2020. Silva helped me relax and refocus. I played soccer my whole life until Covid put an end to that. I could not bend my knees more tha 90 degrees and I am pretty sure that with Silva I learned how to heal myself. Since meditating my eyesight, hearing and blood pressure is improving.
