I realised I am good at starting things and not finishing, but have finished this programme and that in itself says a lot about my progression by doing this
After years of struggling with motivation and procrastination, she discovered the key to meditation through connecting with her grandchildren. Completing the programme—something she rarely did before—marked a profound shift in how she approaches both work and life.
Before starting this I had found it difficult to meditate and had a few times during one of the other programmes where I had success but didn't realise why. By doing this programme I have realised that thinking about a soul I love (actually two, my grandchildren) I am able to access the feeling and benefit from fully engaging in the meditations. This has really helped me progress and I will be revisiting some of the other programmes I started, now fully understanding how to make the best of them. It has enabled me to feel more motivated, something I have struggled with over the last few years and was never an issue for me previously so was quite frustrating. I had previously become a procrastination queen and have become aware of how I function. This has enabled me to do things at work and at home that will work for me rather than write a 'to do' list which is never achieved. I don't know what affected my lack of motivation, possibly covid but think it started before that and is something I am going to delve into through mindvalley programmes. I realised I am good at starting things and not finishing, but have finished this programme and that in itself says a lot about my progression by doing this. Off I go full of motivation and intention for the day, and I actually 'feel' it!
