"It has been helping me focus on my meditation and become more confident with it"

I am working on reconnecting with me. I lost my wife a few years ago and have felt like part of me went with her. I had another relationship after but didn't feel fully connected. 2020 has definitely been a transformative year so far. Even before we were all under a lockdown, I had a faith crisis with the religion that I have been in for 59 years and left it to discover the power within myself. I also ended the relationship I was in. I had discovered Mindvalley a few years ago and dabbled in a couple of different programs but never fully committed. I recently started some mindful meditation and wanted to improve on that. That was when I had a notice pop up in my Facebook feed from Mindvalley. Boom! I remembered what a great resource Mindvalley is. I logged back into my account and found the 6 phase meditation program. It has been helping me focus on my meditation and become more confident with it. Also, I was nearing the end of the 6 phase, I received another pop up for the Silva Ultra Mind quest, which I am starting today. To say that I feel led hear is an understatement. I feel like these are the perfect programs at the perfect time in my life. I am grateful for all the effort and hard work that has gone into bringing these programs to the public. Thank you
