The 7 Sacred States Challenge

“I learned how to live the seven sacred states as a daily practice, not just a concept”

Quick summary

Natasha discovered how to weave the seven sacred states into her daily life, finding each element vital and interconnected. The quest arrived at the perfect moment—her first anniversary of taking a brave quantum leap—and deepened her transformative journey of self-discovery.

Thank you Vishen for kindly sharing your wealth of knowledge in such a sincere, honest & passionate way! OMG You’re sense of humour so funny! Belly laughs!

Absolutely loved listening to the 7 sacred states challenge which literally could not have aligned better. Landed on my 1st anniversary of the bravest quantum leap I have ever taken, what a wormhole self discovery ride it has been!

I felt equally inspired & excited by all the different elements of your quest daily. It’s cool how each state is preparation vital & interwoven e.g. devotion magnetises all the states. Being in the zoom group listening to your calming voice meditations felt unity powerful with intention.

I was perplexed by the Julius Caesar cutting pirates throat story though…eek. This is since although he knew his self as a leader I couldn’t understand the stillness or kindness in this act of violence? Being inquisitive I desired to discover more. I read he chose this brutal method to make their death less painful. So I guess slight kindness involved?!

After the LOVE state, I found a heart shaped stone on the forest path while contemplating your wisdom. Painted it for my altar.

I’m super excited for 2026 to practice so can become unf*ckwithable. Let’s shake the world & unite humanity! Whoop whoop 🙌🏻 Love & Peace 💖✨☮️
