The 7 Sacred States Challenge

“I learned to respond to life’s setbacks with lightness and trust instead of stress"

Quick summary

After learning about the 7 sacred states, Christie faced a major setback when someone wrecked her truck. Instead of drowning in stress as she would have before, she felt lighter and trusted the universe had a reason, marking a profound shift in how she responds to life's challenges.

Before this program I was struggling with every "bad" thing that happened in my life. After 3 days of learning about the 7 sacred states, I was feeling lighter & in flow. Then, the following day after day 4, life threw me a blow, when another person I allowed to drive my beautiful truck, wrecked it. When I found out, I, of course grieved the loss, but I found myself feeling a lot lighter. It didn't bother me as much as it would have in the past. It's like something that would have kept me drowning allowed my to float to the top of the water by me letting go & believing that there is a reason why the universe presented this in my life.

My top 3 insights during/after finishing this are 1. That we've been doing goals wrong. The law of resonance states that you be who you truly are 1st, then you receive. Don't force the goal. Stop doing, just be. 2. My identity shapes my reality. My reality is responding to my identity. To change my identity, ask lofty questions, why questions, because the brain doesn't come back with a negative. The brain has to come up with a solution so the negativity, doubt, barrier goes down. Ex. Why is my work so effortless & easy? 3. Sometimes we chase what we don’t need. If you have a goal, sit still & listen to your intuition.
