"It brought clarity to who I am now and who I’m growing into"

I joined Vishen’s 7 Secret States Program. When I joined, I was feeling stagnant, almost in limbo. I knew I was moving toward something new, even if I couldn’t fully define it yet, it felt like shedding an old skin and growing into a new one.

From the very first day, the idea of knowingness and moving toward a new identity deeply resonated with me. The guitar metaphor, staying in tune so the creator can create music through you, was especially powerful. It brought clarity to who I am now and who I’m growing into.

The following days reminded me how beautiful it is to be human and gently guiding me toward my next chapter. This experience also showed me that I’m ready to return to Mindvalley and continue exploring energy work and more. Thank you, Vishen and the team.
