"Joining Mindvalley and discovering Eric has confirmed in just 30 days, what it took me 25 years to discover organically"
Oh if only I'd met Eric and the Mindvalley team 25 years ago! Back then, I was a 32 year-old designer running my own large and demanding business, and in doing so, running myself and my health into the ground. As a result, I developed 'chronic' Rheumatoid Arthritis and the often associated illnesses, M.E. and Fibromyalgia. I was told I'd need both hips replaced almost immediately, and prescribed very strong anti-inflammatory drugs. Luckily for me, I had 2 very cavalier consultants who clearly did not have my welfare at heart. And so I walked out of the London surgery determined to find my own path back to health and wellness. I didn't even have the prescription filled. I knew that my inability to control my stress levels at work, and to deal with a physically abusive relationship at home had combined to create my ill health. I changed my lifestyle completely. I retired from my very successful but stressful business and divorced my first husband. I was on a mission! It's taken 25 years, loving marriage and a lot of trial-and-error research to completely heal myself, my body and my mind. Last year I lost both my beloved soulmate and my mum within just months of each other. Grief-stricken, my stress levels soared and I lost interest in my own wellbeing. My joints inflamed, my energy levels plummeted, my diet was atrocious and so, of course, I got Covid. . . badly. Joining Mindvalley and discovering Eric has confirmed in just 30 days, what it took me 25 years to discover organically. It's also a great reminder to me to get back and keep on course. I already feel ten times better than I did just a month ago. Thank you Eric and Vishen, I'm looking forward to treating myself to Wildfit when I am able.
