At 65, I feel like my life is just beginning

Before being introduced to Mindvalley and Vishen, I was struggling with so many things that had held me back in my life: fear, limiting self beliefs, health issues, relationship issues, lack of a spiritual centre, the list is endless. In 2025 I stumbled across Vishen and Mindvalley and since then I have done a half dozen Mindvalley courses, and lots of free Summits and courses. My life has changed profoundly. My personal and spiritual development has skyrocketed and I know that I am on track for an incredible year in 2026. LIke no other in my life to date. I am 65 and I feel like my life is just beginning. Thank you Vishen and all the wonderful teachers you have assembled in Mindvalley. You are collectively awesome and I am so profoundly grateful for all the lessons I have learned and what I will continue to learn as I transform my life going forward.
